Η Insol, είναι η πρώτη εταιρία παγκοσμίως που για την
παραδοσιακή γιαούρτη έχει αναπτύξει, σχεδιάσει, αυτοματοποιήσει, κατασκευάσει
και εγκαταστήσει με επιτυχία σε εταιρίες της Ελλάδας και του εξωτερικού τη λύση
που εξέλιξε τον εξοπλισμό παραγωγής στο παραδοσιακό Ελληνικό γιαούρτι.
Η γραμμή περιλαμβάνει αυτόματο γέμισμα γάλακτος στον περιέκτη, τούνελ ψύξης από
τους 90°C στους 45°C, σύστημα injection καλλιέργειας, αυτόματη μεταφορά σε
θάλαμο επώασης, στην συνέχεια στον θάλαμο ψύξης και έξοδο στην συσκευαστική.
