AUTOMATIC WHITE FETA CHEESE PRODUCTION LINE

Insol, develops automation in feta production lines. With automatic filling of cheese vat with flow control valves and automatic in-flow crop metering. The agitation system with four agitation wings are vertical to the direction feta cheese vats. Agitation has the ability to configure the rotation time. Robotic innovation in cutting the curd and creating the cube without an operator.
The line continues after the mould is filled and includes conveyors for the automatic handling of the moulds, daisy turners, mould stackers and unstackers, cheese unmoulders and an automatic metal container handling line.

Η γραμμή περιλαμβάνει αυτόματο γέμισμα γάλακτος στον περιέκτη, τούνελ ψύξης από τους 90°C στους 45°C, σύστημα injection καλλιέργειας, αυτόματη μεταφορά σε θάλαμο επώασης, στην συνέχεια στον θάλαμο ψύξης και έξοδο στην συσκευαστική.
